Playright is inviting all adults and children to participate in our flag-selling activity. Simply become our on-street flag-sellers to support us to bring the play services to the families in need. Let the children grow happily and healthily with care through play!

ONE junior patient will be benefited from a HK$180 monthly donation!
A family from the deprived group will be entitled a FREE participation in Home Play Workshop from each HK$500 donation!
A student from a deprived family will be able to enjoy the Play Mobile Service by each HK$350 donation!
A parent and his/her child will be able to join 1/2 Adventure Play with a HK$400 donation!

Feel free to dress in your favourite cartoon character cosplay and join the flash snapshot during the flag-selling in Playright Fun Flag Day 2026. As a toekn of our heartfelt appreciation to all flag-sellers, each of you will be awarded a small gift and a Certificate of Appreciation after submitting the flag bag and the remaining flag stickers to the designated depot.
Notes to Flag-sellers and Other Flag-Day Volunteers
The Social Welfare Department has given the approval to three organizations to sell flags in Hong Kong Island Region, Kowloon Region and the New Territories Region respectively on 2nd May 2026. The Playright Children’s Play Association (Playright) has been authorized to conduct the flag sales in Hong Kong Island Region on the said date.
No children under the age of 14 years are to be permitted to sell flags unless accompanied by their parent(s) or guardian(s).
The arrangement of the fundraising activity is subject to change under the conditions of the inclement weather or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Please keep up with our latest news of the relative campaign through email notification
Once uploaded your photos of your happy playful moments for Playright Fun Flag Day 2026 to your social media channels with the hashtags #Playright #flagday2026 #SupportPlayright, it indicates that Playright has been/is entitled the rights for the use of the photos for the promotion, publication, and display in print, electronic, and social media channels with your consent.

Online Flag-Selling for Playright Fun Flag Day 2026
If you have been occupied on 2nd May 2026, no worry! Let’s align to have online flag-selling today for getting more children to enjoy more play opportunities!
Alipay HK eFlag Selling Platform
1) Tap on your Alipay HK Mobile App and Scan this QR Code.
2) After scanning the QR Code, the Page will turn to e-Flag Scheme for Playright Fun Flag Day 2026! Please top on [Donate for eFlag]。
3) When the page turns to the e-Flag Selection, flick and choose your favourite e-flag. Then settle the HK$10 cash donation by pressing [Confirm Donation]
4) After the donation payment confirmation, the page turns to “Donation Result”. Simply click on [Save to Device Album] and download your selected e-flag. You may also invite your good friends or family to buy the e-flags to #SupportPlayright by pressing [Invite Friends to Donate].
On the page of Thank You Note, press [Share Now] and share the link to the Alipay HK eFlag Selling Platform through Whatsapp or WeChat to your friends and family. Invite them to buy e-flag to #supportchildrenplaydevelopment. You may also buy more e-flags by clicking on [Donate for e-Flag] to continue your support to Playright and get more children to enjoy play, enjoy happy life!
To express our heartfelt gratitude, all the online flag-sellers will be awarded the Certificates of Appreciation. Please kindly send your full name, email address and contact number by email to [email protected]. Then the volunteer badge number will be assigned and shared in next reply email. Simply invite your friends and family to buy e-flags, and collect and send 10 slips of donation results with your volunteer badge number by email to [email protected] for the Certificate of Appreciation.

Hearty Donation for Playright Fun Flag Day 2026
Focusing on our vision and mission for almost 40 years in Hong Kong, Playright has been always dedicated to building quality and creative play space as well as creating play experience for ALL children. Through service provision, empowerment and consultancy works, we aim to build a society that respects, protects and fulfills a Child’s Right to Play, where children can enjoy their childhood happily and healthily.
The funds raised from Playright Fun Flag Day 2026 will be applied to our capacity building and service development for providing appropriate play services to the families in need in Hong Kong like those families with special needs children and/or children with chronic illnesses. These families often face additional difficulties in fostering play and accessing related play services that may increase their play knowledge, skills and awareness of maximizing each child’s potential. In addition, the raised funds will be applied to increase the public awareness of the value of play for all children in communities throughout Hong Kong.

ONE Playright Fun Fun Pack will be given per HK$500 donation
ONE Playright Gold Flag will be given per HK$100 donation
Donation Period: From Now till 2nd May 2026
Distribution Period for Playright Fun Fun Pack: Distribute on a randomly basis between May and June 2026 after donation payment confirmation.
Distribution Period for Playright Gold Flag: Distribute within 14 working days after the donation payment confirmation.

Please upload the donation payment slip and state clearly your personal information with #flagday2026 in the remark box if a donation receipt is required. The donation receipt will be issued within 14 working days by email after the donation payment confirmation.

Children Helping Children: Play Message Card Action
Unite the Children’s Power to Support Play, Support Playright!
“All children have the right to rest and leisure, to engage in play and recreational activities appropriate to the age of the child and to participate freely in cultural life and artistic life,” according to the statement in Article 31 of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child. Be they in hospitals, with disabilities or limited access to play or playable space, they can enjoy FREE PLAY when time, space and play opportunities are available. Get PLAY as part of their daily lives. Let PLAY build resilience, instil confidence and help children develop their full potential. Let them seize the opportunity to enjoy the holistic development through play in their childhood.
In May and June this year, students from international schools, local primary schools and local kindergartens expressed their “Feelings” and “Love to Play” with their crayons and coloring pencils after their daily play sessions. They would like to spread how important that play is for them to adults, who will receive their specially created Play Message Cards soon.
